How do memberships work?

Coaching
What can I expect from coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative and supportive space designed to help you reconnect with your own clarity, direction, and potential. The approach is intuitive, non-judgmental, and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels aligned.

Is coaching done in person or online?
All sessions are currently held online, with the option of video or audio.

What if I need to reschedule a session?
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited, depending on your agreement.
