We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and delivery matters are handled for products and services purchased through Reju You.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How We Ship

To keep our focus on providing the best possible service, we currently process all tracking information internally.

  • Internal Tracking: Every order is shipped with a tracking number that we monitor on our end to ensure dispatch is successful.

  • Requesting Your Tracking: At this stage, tracking numbers are not sent out automatically. However, if your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please feel free to reach out to us at info@reju-you.com. We are more than happy to provide your tracking details manually so you can check on its progress.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the selected carrier. Reju You is not liable for delays, lost, or undelivered parcels once they have been shipped.

  • Claims: While we will provide you with tracking information upon request to help you locate a package, any official claims for lost items must be made directly with the carrier.

 

International Customs & Fees

We love our global community! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by your country.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

  • If a parcel is refused due to customs charges, any return shipping costs or fees incurred by Reju You will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Refusal of delivery

We will notify you once the item has been received. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Returns (Supplements)

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Please note:

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs

  • Any additional costs incurred due to the return may be deducted

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We may request photographic evidence and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Digital Products

All digital products, including guides and downloadable content, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

​

Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used periods

 

REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5 to 10 working days for processing
